How to order
Welcome to online store of Sezam 2003 Ltd
Products in the website are separated into categories according to their main material or purpose.
You can view them, but before order you must register
REGISTRATION.
1. Registration
Please click on
REGISTER and fill displayed rows.
Once you have registered, we will contact you within 2 business days
by phone or e-mail, to confirm your password and give you access to the prices on the site.
Then, when you sign in with your password, you will now see the prices of the goods and you will be able to make orders.
2. Information about products
Use button "Search", to find products by number or name.
In table of every product are displayed:
- Art.№ (product number)
- name of material
- price for 1 pcs or 1 pack
- size
- minimum order quantity
- origin
All prices are in BGN including VAT.
The minimal quantity condition is consistent with the packaging and transportation of the items.
3. Orders
Once you have selected an item, you must select a quantity, then click on the "Order" button.
Then choose another item, and so on.
You can edit and delete the order you made. When you finish pressing the "SEND" button.
We will contact you by phone from 10 min to 24 hours and together we will specify:
- if they are not available from some ordered items
- if necessary - colors and sub-models
- address and delivery time
4. Delivery
- Cheapest: order on the website and delivery with our minibus for transportation.
If the settlement and the term is in the area of our expense. It is specified by phone.
- Most convenient and fastest: order on the website - delivery with a courier company with payment on delivery.
- for orders up to 400 BGN : Courier costs are at the expense of the customer
- for orders from 400 to 500 BGN : the courier costs are divided between our company and the customer.
- for orders over 500 BGN : costs are at our expense
Delivery price offer is available only in Bulgaria!
For delivery outside Bulgaria, the delivery price is paid by customer or is negotiated additionally.
5. Payment
You can pay orders with cash on delivery or bank transfer.
